Silver Service

What have I learnt?

I was skeptical about learning about Silver Service, mainly because I have never experienced it before in Restaurants and people see it as a "dying" serving method.  I also worried about intruding customers personal space (some people can feel uncomfortable with a napkin being broken for them, let alone serving their meal accompaniments so close to them in person) and throwing food over a guest.

In the end I had nothing to worry about - this was a surprisingly easy to  learn and I quickly gained confidence in my abilities.
